Penske Logistics – Logistics Manager – New Grad

Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations at a dedicated customer facility
- Manage warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met
- Coordinate transportation with carriers to meet customer delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and reconciliation activities
- Analyze KPIs including throughput, accuracy, and cost-per-unit metrics
- Interface directly with customer operations team on service performance
- Participate in Penske's Manager Trainee development curriculum
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business
- Recent graduates (May 2024–2026) strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise hourly workforce
- Proficiency in WMS or TMS systems a plus
- Ability to work in a distribution center environment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
