Responsibilities
- Manage intermodal and drayage operations to ensure on-time container delivery
- Coordinate with rail carriers, ports, and drayage partners to resolve service disruptions
- Communicate proactively with customers on shipment status and exceptions
- Analyze operations data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Support customer onboarding and implementation of new freight programs
- Collaborate with account management teams on service performance reviews
- Learn Hub Group's proprietary technology platforms for freight visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates welcome
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
