Responsibilities
- Support agent network in coordinating full truckload, flatbed, and specialized freight
- Assist in load matching between shippers and Landstar's carrier base
- Communicate with agents, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth freight movement
- Track and trace shipments and provide timely exception reporting
- Assist in developing agent relationships and supporting their business growth
- Analyze freight data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Learn Landstar's proprietary transportation management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
