Responsibilities
- Oversee driver dispatch and load assignment to maximize fleet productivity
- Monitor driver hours-of-service compliance and help resolve regulatory issues
- Coordinate with customers on freight pickup and delivery scheduling
- Manage driver relations, addressing concerns and promoting retention
- Track performance metrics including on-time delivery and empty miles percentage
- Support safety programs and incident management processes
- Participate in Knight-Swift's Operations Leadership Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Computer proficiency; TMS experience a plus
