XPO Inc. – Logistics Operations Manager Trainee

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dock and freight operations to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Coordinate with drivers, dock workers, and customer service teams to resolve service issues
- Monitor key performance indicators including load factor, claims ratio, and on-time metrics
- Assist in scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers across the service center
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations
- Participate in XPO's management trainee rotation program across operations departments
- Analyze freight movement data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (May 2024–2026 graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate frontline teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transportation management systems a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
