About This Role

Samsung India Electronics is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its India Supply Chain Management team. You will work on demand planning, component procurement, and logistics coordination for Samsung's India electronics manufacturing and distribution operations — contributing to supply chain efficiency for one of the world's largest electronics companies across smartphones, TVs, home appliances, and semiconductors.

Role Context

Samsung India operates the world's largest mobile phone factory in Noida (with 120 million units annual capacity) alongside TV and home appliances manufacturing and a distribution network covering 500,000+ retail outlets across India. Samsung India's SCM team manages component procurement (semiconductors, displays, batteries, cameras) from Samsung's global semiconductor and component supply network alongside Indian vendor sourcing — creating one of the most technically complex electronics supply chain environments in India. Supply Chain Analysts work on demand forecasting, component supply planning, and distribution logistics — gaining exposure to the fast-moving, highly seasonal, and technologically dynamic electronics consumer supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support demand planning for Samsung India's product portfolio — smartphones, TVs, and home appliances — using Samsung's proprietary planning tools and ERP systems
• Coordinate component supply planning — tracking semiconductor, display, and battery availability against production schedules for India manufacturing
• Monitor finished goods inventory across Samsung India's distribution network — depot stock coverage, channel inventory, and stock correction coordination
• Track and report supply chain KPIs — forecast accuracy, OTIF, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover across channels
• Coordinate import logistics for components and finished goods — customs clearance, freight tracking, and duty management for Samsung India imports
• Support new product launch supply chain coordination — initial inventory stocking, channel allocation, and launch readiness management

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.E./B.Tech (Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical) — 2024/2025 batch
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP or ERP system knowledge is advantageous
• Interest in electronics and consumer technology products and markets
• Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and channel logistics fundamentals
• Good analytical skills for supply chain data interpretation in fast-moving product environments
• Good English and Hindi communication skills for nationwide distributor network coordination
