GE India (GE Vernova and GE Aerospace) is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its Supply Chain organization. You will support procurement, demand planning, and logistics operations for GE's India energy and aviation businesses — contributing to supply chain reliability for one of the world's most technologically advanced industrial companies.

Role Context

GE India's operations span two major businesses post GE's strategic reorganization: GE Vernova (power generation and energy technology) and GE Aerospace (aviation engines and services) — each with significant India manufacturing, service, and global supply chain coordination centers. GE India's supply chain teams in Bengaluru and Hyderabad manage procurement, global supplier coordination, and logistics for GE's India-based manufacturing and service operations. Supply Chain Analysts in GE work within highly regulated industrial environments — aerospace NADCAP standards, power generation quality requirements — developing distinctively rigorous supply chain documentation and quality management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for assigned component categories — RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, purchase order management, and delivery tracking
• Monitor supplier performance — on-time delivery, quality compliance, and OTIF for GE's India and global supplier base
• Coordinate global supply chain logistics — import/export coordination, freight tracking, and customs documentation for GE components
• Support material planning — MRP analysis, safety stock management, and production-critical shortage escalation
• Assist in supplier qualification — managing quality documentation (PPAP, APQP, NADCAP where applicable) for new and existing suppliers
• Build supply chain performance dashboards and analytics reports for SCM leadership

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering) or MBA (Operations/SCM) — 2024/2025 batch
• Understanding of manufacturing supply chain — procurement, supplier quality, and material planning
• SAP or Oracle ERP system knowledge is advantageous
• Awareness of aerospace or industrial quality standards (NADCAP, AS9100) is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills; Excel and Power BI proficiency
• Good English communication skills for global supplier and team coordination
