About This Role

Kuehne+Nagel India — part of the world's leading logistics company by sea freight volumes — is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Solutions Analysts within its Contract Logistics and Integrated Logistics business. You will support supply chain solution design, customer operations management, and logistics performance analytics for Kuehne+Nagel's India customer portfolio across pharma, retail, automotive, and FMCG sectors.

Role Context

Kuehne+Nagel India manages end-to-end supply chain solutions for global and Indian corporate clients — combining sea freight, air freight, customs brokerage, contract logistics, and supply chain management into integrated solutions. Supply Chain Solutions Analysts work within Kuehne+Nagel's Customer Solution Management teams — supporting customer supply chain visibility, multi-modal freight coordination, and logistics performance reporting. KN's proprietary digital logistics platform (myKN) and control tower capabilities give freshers early exposure to supply chain digitization and visibility technology alongside core logistics fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain coordination for assigned KN customers — managing multi-modal freight shipments (sea, air, inland) from origin to destination
• Monitor and report supply chain KPIs — transit time, on-time delivery, shipment exception rates, and freight cost per unit
• Track import and export shipments using KN's digital platform — updating customers on shipment status and managing exception escalations
• Coordinate customs clearance — managing import documentation, duty payments, and CDSCO or other regulatory clearances where applicable
• Build customer performance reports — weekly supply chain performance dashboards and management review presentations
• Support new customer onboarding — mapping customer supply chain flows, establishing KPIs, and setting up KN's tracking and visibility systems

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (SCM/Logistics/International Business) or B.E./B.Tech or B.Com — 2024/2025 batch
• Interest in international logistics — incoterms, import/export documentation, and freight modes
• Excel proficiency for logistics performance data analysis and reporting
• Customer-oriented mindset for client supply chain coordination environments
• Good English communication skills — KN's operations team communicates globally in English
