About This Role

Wipro is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Associates within its Manufacturing & Technology Business Unit (MTBU) and Business Process Services (BPS) division. You will work on supply chain consulting, SAP implementation, and managed supply chain services for Wipro's global clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, and life sciences sectors.

Role Context

Wipro's Manufacturing & Technology Business Unit delivers supply chain consulting and SAP implementation services for global manufacturers — and Wipro BPS manages outsourced supply chain operations including procurement, order management, and logistics for multinational clients. Supply Chain Associates may be placed in either consulting/implementation or BPS managed services tracks depending on their skills — with Wipro's training academy providing 3–6 months of structured SAP and supply chain domain training before client placement. Wipro's large global client portfolio across automotive, industrial, FMCG, and hi-tech manufacturing gives freshers broad cross-industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP SCM module implementation or managed operations — SAP MM, PP, SD, WM, or IBP depending on assigned track
• Assist in supply chain process documentation, gap analysis, and solution design for client delivery teams
• Manage purchase order processing, goods receipt, and vendor performance tracking in SAP for managed services clients
• Build supply chain KPI dashboards and analytics reports using Excel and Power BI
• Support supply chain consulting engagements — demand planning assessments, inventory optimization, and procurement analytics
• Coordinate with global client supply chain teams during project delivery and managed operations

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.E./B.Tech (Industrial/Mechanical/Computer Science) — 2024/2025 batch
• SAP MM, PP, or IBP knowledge is a strong advantage (Wipro provides training)
• Excel and data analytics proficiency; Power BI knowledge is valued
• Understanding of manufacturing or FMCG supply chain processes
• Good English communication skills for global client interaction
