About This Role

Infosys BPM is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its Supply Chain Management practice. You will support procurement, order management, and logistics operations for global clients through Infosys BPM's managed supply chain services — providing back-office and analytics support across purchasing, vendor management, and logistics coordination for Fortune 500 clients across manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors.

Job Overview

Role Context

Infosys BPM (Business Process Management) manages outsourced supply chain operations for global clients — including procurement processing, purchase order management, vendor invoice reconciliation, logistics tracking, and supply chain analytics. SCM Analysts work within dedicated client delivery teams — learning global supply chain processes, SAP or Oracle ERP systems, and procurement analytics across a portfolio of multinational clients in manufacturing, retail, hi-tech, and healthcare sectors. The BPM model gives freshers rapid exposure to how supply chain processes work in detail across multiple global organizations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoice matching for assigned client supply chain accounts in SAP or Oracle
• Monitor supplier delivery performance — OTIF tracking, delivery follow-up, and shipment exception management
• Coordinate order management for clients — order entry, order confirmation, and delivery scheduling against customer requirements
• Build and maintain supply chain dashboards and weekly performance reports for client stakeholders
• Support inventory analytics — stock coverage reports, slow-moving inventory identification, and demand vs. supply reconciliation
• Assist in logistics tracking — shipment status updates, carrier performance monitoring, and freight cost reporting

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.Com/B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Excel proficiency is essential; SAP MM or Oracle Procurement knowledge is a strong advantage
• Understanding of procurement processes — purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoice management
• Good English communication skills for global client coordination
• Attention to detail and accuracy for ERP transaction processing environments
