KPMG India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Consultants within its Operations Advisory practice. You will work on supply chain diagnostic, strategy, and digital transformation engagements for KPMG's corporate and government clients — helping organizations redesign supply chain processes, implement planning technologies, and build supply chain resilience in a rapidly changing global environment.

Job Overview

Role Context

KPMG India's Operations Advisory practice delivers supply chain management consulting across procurement transformation, digital supply chain, logistics optimization, and supply chain resilience for clients in manufacturing, retail, pharma, infrastructure, and government sectors. KPMG's distinctive positioning as both a corporate and government advisory firm gives freshers supply chain exposure across both commercial enterprises and large government procurement and logistics projects — a combination rarely available in other consulting environments. Associates work on structured project teams with mentoring from KPMG directors and partners from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain assessment engagements — current-state process documentation, maturity assessment, and gap analysis against best-practice frameworks
• Build quantitative models — inventory optimization, logistics cost analysis, procurement spend analytics, and supply chain network studies
• Assist in procurement transformation projects — category strategy development, strategic sourcing support, and supplier management improvement
• Support digital supply chain advisory — technology landscape assessment, tool selection support, and implementation readiness evaluation
• Prepare client deliverables — strategy presentations, diagnostic reports, and improvement roadmap documents
• Contribute to KPMG thought leadership — supply chain trend research, industry benchmarking analysis, and white paper development

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Understanding of supply chain management — procurement, planning, logistics, and S&OP processes
• SAP or supply chain planning tool knowledge is advantageous
• Good English communication skills for client presentations and deliverable preparation
