EY India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Associates within its Operations Consulting practice (EY-Parthenon and EY Consulting). You will support supply chain strategy, digital supply chain, and operations improvement engagements for EY's global clients — helping manufacturers, consumer goods companies, and retailers build more resilient and efficient supply chains.

Role Context

EY's Operations Consulting practice serves clients across supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, digital supply chain, and operations efficiency — helping companies navigate supply chain disruptions, implement digital planning tools, and design more resilient and sustainable supply networks. EY India's supply chain team works on both India-based and global client engagements, collaborating with EY's supply chain practices in the US, UK, and Europe. Associates join a structured development program — EY's "EY Badges" and supply chain certification tracks provide a clear skills development pathway alongside live client project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain assessment and diagnostic engagements — process mapping, maturity assessments, benchmarking, and improvement opportunity identification
• Build analytical models — supply chain network design, inventory optimization, procurement spend analysis, and logistics cost modeling
• Assist in supply chain technology implementation — SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or o9 configuration support and testing
• Prepare client-facing deliverables — strategy presentations, business cases, and process design documents using EY consulting frameworks
• Support procurement transformation engagements — category strategy development, sourcing event support, and supplier management improvement
• Conduct supply chain sustainability assessments — Scope 3 emissions analysis, responsible sourcing maturity, and circular economy opportunity identification

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) from a premier B-school or B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Understanding of supply chain strategy — demand planning, procurement, logistics, and S&OP
• Supply chain planning tool knowledge (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) is advantageous
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills for client-facing environments
