About This Role

Deloitte India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Consulting Analysts within its Operations Transformation practice. You will work on supply chain strategy, digital supply chain, and operations transformation engagements for Deloitte's global clients — helping manufacturers, retailers, and life sciences companies redesign supply chain processes and implement technology platforms to improve resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.

Role Context

Deloitte's Operations Transformation practice delivers supply chain strategy and digital transformation engagements for global Fortune 500 clients — combining supply chain domain expertise with digital technology implementation including SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and supply chain control tower platforms. Deloitte India's supply chain consultants work on engagements spanning network design, demand sensing, intelligent procurement, and end-to-end supply chain visibility. The structured Deloitte analyst development program — combining client project experience, formal training, and mentoring — is regarded as one of the most thorough consulting talent development programs in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain assessment and strategy engagements — current-state process mapping, gap analysis, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmap development
• Build analytical models — supply chain network optimization, inventory optimization, total cost analysis, and demand forecasting improvement studies
• Assist in digital supply chain technology implementation — Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, or SAP IBP configuration and testing support
• Prepare client-facing deliverables — strategy presentations, process design documents, and business case analyses using Deloitte's consulting frameworks
• Conduct supply chain data analysis — spend analytics, logistics cost reviews, and supply chain performance benchmarking
• Support S&OP process design workshops and organizational change management initiatives for supply chain transformation clients

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) from a premier B-school or B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for consulting deliverable preparation
• Supply chain planning tool knowledge (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or o9) is highly valued
• Understanding of supply chain strategy — network design, demand planning, procurement, and S&OP
• Excellent English communication skills for client engagement environments
