About This Role

Coca-Cola India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its India Supply Chain function. You will support demand planning, production planning, and logistics operations for Coca-Cola's India beverage portfolio — including Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Limca, Maaza, Minute Maid, and Kinley — contributing to supply chain reliability for one of India's most widely distributed FMCG companies.

Role Context

Coca-Cola India operates through its bottling partners — primarily HCCB (Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages) — with 60+ manufacturing plants producing 1 billion+ beverage cases annually for distribution through 3 million+ retail outlets across India. The India SC Analyst role sits within Coca-Cola India's Central Supply Chain team — coordinating demand planning, concentrate supply, production planning, and distributor logistics across the India bottling system. The seasonality and scale of beverage supply chain — managing 4x demand spikes during summer across a 60-plant network — creates distinctive planning and logistics challenges that develop strong analytical and supply chain resilience skills rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support demand planning for Coca-Cola India's beverage portfolio — statistical forecasting, seasonal adjustment, and promotion-driven demand modelling
• Coordinate production planning inputs across HCCB bottling plants — capacity allocation, production scheduling, and SKU mix planning
• Monitor concentrate and packaging material supply — tracking availability against production requirements for assigned brands
• Track and report supply chain KPIs — OTIF, forecast accuracy (MAPE/BIAS), service level, and inventory days across the India system
• Coordinate distributor stock management — stock coverage monitoring, secondary sales analysis, and stock correction actions
• Support S&OP process — preparing demand review packs, supply constraint summaries, and consensus planning documentation

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.E./B.Tech (Industrial/Mechanical) — 2024/2025 batch
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Strong statistical aptitude for demand forecasting and supply planning
• Understanding of FMCG supply chain — beverage or food sector experience is advantageous
• Good English communication skills for bottling partner and internal stakeholder coordination
