About This Role

Johnson & Johnson India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its MedTech and Consumer supply chain organizations. You will support demand planning, procurement, and logistics operations for J&J's healthcare product portfolio in India — contributing to supply chain reliability for products including surgical instruments, orthopedic implants, contact lenses, Band-Aid, and Stayfree.

Role Context

Johnson & Johnson India's supply chain manages healthcare products under strict regulatory frameworks — GMP, CDSCO, and FDA standards — making J&J's supply chain distinctively rigorous in quality documentation, cold chain management, and product traceability compared to FMCG or industrial supply chains. Supply Chain Analysts work within J&J's end-to-end supply chain — coordinating import supply from J&J's global manufacturing network, managing demand planning for Indian market requirements, and supporting regulatory-compliant logistics across J&J's hospital, pharmacy, and distributor customer network across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Support demand planning for J&J India's MedTech and Consumer product portfolio — statistical forecasting, demand review coordination, and new product launch planning
• Coordinate import supply chain — purchase orders with J&J's global manufacturing sites, import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory import licensing
• Monitor and report supply chain KPIs — OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory days, and service levels across J&J's distributor network
• Track inventory at CFA/depot level — maintaining stock coverage, monitoring expiry dates, and managing product rotation for healthcare products
• Support regulatory compliance documentation — batch traceability records, CDSCO import licenses, and GMP-compliant inventory records
• Coordinate with J&J's global supply chain network — New Brunswick (US), Belgium, and Singapore manufacturing sites — for India supply planning

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM/Pharma Management) or B.Pharm/B.E. — 2024/2025 batch
• Excel and SAP proficiency; understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain compliance is valued
• Understanding of demand planning, import logistics, and distributor supply chain management
• Awareness of CDSCO, GMP, and healthcare product regulatory requirements is a strong advantage
• Good English communication skills for global supply chain coordination
• High attention to detail — healthcare supply chain requires precise documentation and traceability standards
