Honeywell India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its Global Supply Chain organization. You will support procurement, demand planning, and logistics analytics for Honeywell's India operations — contributing to supply chain efficiency across Honeywell's diverse portfolio spanning aerospace, building technologies, performance materials, and safety products.

Job Overview

Role Context

Honeywell India's Global Supply Chain team supports procurement, demand planning, and logistics for Honeywell's aerospace components, building automation systems, safety products, and performance materials manufactured or sourced in India. Supply Chain Analysts work across demand planning analytics, supplier management, and logistics performance reporting — using Honeywell's global ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) and advanced analytics tools. Honeywell's breadth of product lines gives India-based SCM analysts exposure to supply chain challenges across highly regulated sectors including aerospace, defense, and industrial safety — building distinctive technical domain knowledge rarely found in FMCG or retail supply chain roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support demand planning for Honeywell India product lines — statistical forecasting, demand review coordination, and S&OP process support
• Monitor and report supply chain KPIs — OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, and supplier delivery performance
• Assist in supplier management — purchase order management, delivery follow-up, and supplier performance scorecarding in SAP
• Coordinate inbound logistics for international components — import shipment tracking, customs clearance coordination, and freight cost monitoring
• Build and maintain supply chain analytics dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• Support inventory optimization analysis — ABC-XYZ classification, safety stock reviews, and excess and obsolete stock identification

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech (Industrial/Mechanical Engineering) or MBA (Operations/SCM) — 2024/2025 batch
• Excel and data analytics proficiency; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is valued
• SAP or Oracle ERP system familiarity is advantageous
• Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and procurement fundamentals
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting supply chain performance data
• Good English communication skills for global cross-functional team coordination
