Accenture India is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain & Operations Analysts within its Supply Chain & Operations practice. You will work on supply chain strategy, process transformation, and technology implementation engagements for Accenture's global clients — helping enterprises improve planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics performance across their supply networks.

Role Context

Accenture's Supply Chain & Operations practice is one of the world's largest — serving over 2,000 supply chain transformation clients globally across manufacturing, retail, FMCG, life sciences, and industrial sectors. Accenture India's Supply Chain Analysts work within project teams delivering supply chain diagnostics, digital supply chain strategy, and SAP/Oracle/Blue Yonder technology implementations. The pace of consulting and multi-client exposure gives freshers breadth of supply chain knowledge across industries that would take 5–10 years to acquire in a corporate supply chain role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain diagnostic and assessment engagements — process mapping, gap analysis, benchmarking, and improvement roadmap development
• Assist in supply chain technology implementation projects — SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, o9, or Oracle SCM configuration and testing support
• Build analytical models — supply chain network optimization, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and procurement spend analysis
• Prepare client-facing deliverables — assessment reports, solution design presentations, and project progress updates using Excel, PowerPoint, and Accenture's proprietary frameworks
• Support S&OP process design and implementation for manufacturing and FMCG clients
• Assist in change management — training materials, SOPs, and user adoption support for supply chain technology deployments

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Operations/SCM) or B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Understanding of supply chain management — planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and S&OP
• SAP, Blue Yonder, o9, or Oracle SCM system knowledge is advantageous
• Good English communication skills for client and stakeholder presentation environments
• Comfort with project-based work and multiple simultaneous workstreams
