About This Role

Maersk India — part of A.P. Møller-Maersk, the world's largest shipping and integrated logistics company — is hiring fresh graduates as Supply Chain Analysts within its Integrated Logistics business. You will support end-to-end supply chain solutions for Maersk's global customers — combining ocean freight, air freight, contract logistics, and customs brokerage into integrated supply chain management services.

Role Context

Maersk is transforming from a pure shipping line into a global integrated logistics company — building end-to-end supply chain management capabilities for multinational customers across ocean, air, land, warehousing, and customs. Maersk India's Supply Chain Analysts work within this transformation — supporting customer supply chain visibility, multi-modal freight coordination, and logistics performance analytics across Maersk's customer portfolio in India. Working at Maersk gives freshers exposure to global supply chain flows, international freight markets, and the intersection of digital technology and physical logistics at the world's largest scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain coordination for assigned Maersk customers — managing freight bookings, shipment tracking, and documentation across ocean, air, and inland modes
• Monitor and report supply chain performance KPIs — transit time, on-time delivery, shipment exception rates, and cost per unit for customer accounts
• Assist in building supply chain visibility dashboards for Maersk customers using Maersk's digital logistics platform
• Coordinate with Maersk's global network — shipping agents, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and inland logistics providers — to resolve shipment exceptions
• Analyse customer supply chain data — identifying trends, exception patterns, and opportunities to optimize freight routing or inventory positioning
• Support customer business reviews — preparing supply chain performance reports, exception analysis, and improvement recommendations

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (SCM/Logistics/International Business) or B.E./B.Tech — 2024/2025 batch
• Understanding of international logistics — incoterms, import/export documentation, freight modes, and customs procedures is preferred
• Excel proficiency; experience with logistics TMS/WMS platforms is a bonus
• Customer-oriented mindset — comfortable managing client relationships and resolving supply chain issues proactively
• Good English communication skills — Maersk's working language is English globally
