Junior Technical Architect – New Grad – Salesforce

We are hiring New Grad Junior Technical Architects at Salesforce's San Francisco headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce platform architectures for enterprise customers — recommending the right Salesforce products, data models, integration patterns, and customization strategies
- Build Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform and Salesforce Integration Cloud — connecting Salesforce CRM with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), marketing platforms, and custom applications
- Develop Salesforce custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow — designing scalable customizations meeting enterprise governance requirements
- Design Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce implementations — configuring AI-powered lead scoring, case classification, and AI agent automation for customer service
- Create Salesforce solution architecture documents — data migration plans, integration architecture diagrams, security model designs, and platform governance frameworks
- Support Salesforce customer discovery workshops — facilitating business requirements analysis and translating business processes into Salesforce platform design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Technology
- Salesforce platform knowledge — Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is highly valued
- Programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, or Python for Salesforce development and integration
- Understanding of CRM concepts, sales process, and customer service workflows
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing consulting engagements
