Dell's Associate Solutions Architect program develops new graduates into trusted infrastructure and cloud advisors. We are hiring New Grad Associate Solutions Architects at Dell's Round Rock, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Design IT infrastructure solutions for Dell's enterprise and commercial customers — recommending Dell PowerEdge servers, PowerStore/PowerMax storage, PowerSwitch networking, and Dell APEX cloud services
• Develop cloud infrastructure architectures on Dell APEX — designing hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises data center modernization solutions
• Conduct customer technical discovery — assessing current IT environments and designing optimal compute, storage, networking, and virtualization architectures
• Build infrastructure sizing models, total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, and ROI business cases for Dell solution proposals
• Develop customer architecture documentation — solution design documents, bill of materials, and implementation plans for Dell IT infrastructure deployments
• Stay current on Dell's product portfolio innovations — PowerEdge servers, VMware (Broadcom) virtualization, VxRail HCI, and Dell APEX cloud services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals — servers, storage, networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud) is valued
• Strong quantitative skills for infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and TCO analysis
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business-level customer conversations
