Data Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure – Fresher)

About This Role

Oracle India is hiring fresher Data Engineers for its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Database teams. You will build data pipelines, data lake solutions, and analytics engineering platforms on OCI — the world's fastest-growing enterprise cloud. Oracle's OCI data engineering stack includes Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, OCI Data Integration, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Build OCI Data Integration (ODI) pipelines for ingesting data from on-premises Oracle databases to OCI Autonomous Data Warehouse
• Develop PySpark jobs on OCI Big Data Service (Hadoop/Spark clusters) for large-scale data transformation
• Write complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data transformation, partitioning, and analytical functions
• Design and implement Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) semantic models and dashboard datasets
• Implement GoldenGate-based real-time CDC (Change Data Capture) pipelines for operational data replication
• Deploy and manage OCI data services using Terraform infrastructure-as-code

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology (2025/2026 batch)
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills; Python experience is a strong plus
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and relational database design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data concepts
• Oracle OCI or Oracle Autonomous Database certifications are advantageous
