Full Stack Developer (Graduate Trainee)

About This Role

Zensar Technologies (part of RPG Group) is hiring Graduate Trainees – Full Stack Developer. Zensar's Application Development & Management (ADM) practice builds digital platforms for retail, manufacturing, and hi-tech companies. You will work on modern React/Angular and Java stack applications while building strong foundational engineering skills through Zensar's structured training programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Angular or React single-page applications for enterprise digital platforms
• Develop Java Spring Boot REST APIs with Hibernate/JPA for data persistence on MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Integrate SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow with custom React-based portals via REST/SOAP APIs
• Deploy applications on Microsoft Azure or AWS using Docker containers
• Write unit tests using JUnit and Jasmine and participate in CI/CD with Jenkins
• Contribute to Zensar's internal innovation hackathons and GenAI exploration labs

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with 60%+ throughout from a recognised university (2025/2026 batch)
• Programming proficiency in Java; familiarity with Angular or React
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Git, and REST API concepts
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Cleared Zensar's campus recruitment assessment process
