Full Stack Software Engineer (New Graduate)

About This Role

Atlassian India is hiring New Graduate Full Stack Software Engineers under its TEAM Anywhere remote-first model. You will build Jira Software, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Cloud Platform features used by 10 million+ teams globally — all from the comfort of your own city in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Build React and TypeScript frontend components for Atlassian's web apps using Atlassian Design System (ADS)
• Develop Kotlin (Spring Boot) or Java (Vert.x) microservices powering Jira and Confluence backend
• Work with Atlassian's cloud-native data infrastructure: AWS DynamoDB, Postgres, and Atlassian's Forge platform
• Write unit tests with Jest (frontend) and JUnit/Kotlin Test (backend) with high coverage standards
• Participate in Atlassian's playbook-based Agile ceremonies and shape-up product processes
• Contribute to Atlassian's open-source projects and Atlassian Marketplace apps

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field (2025/2026 batch)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React proficiency
• Backend skills in Kotlin or Java; Go experience is a plus
• Understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Excellent fundamentals: DSA, system design, and clean code principles
