Full Stack Developer (Fresher – Digital)

About This Role

Mphasis (backed by Blackstone) is hiring fresher Full Stack Developers for its Digital Business and Cloud Managed Services practices. Mphasis primarily serves BFSI and logistics clients, making it an ideal company to build expertise in financial services technology. You will build full-stack applications replacing legacy banking and insurance systems with modern cloud-native web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build React or Angular frontends for banking portals, insurance applications, and logistics dashboards
• Develop Java Spring Boot or Python Flask/FastAPI RESTful APIs for financial transaction processing
• Work with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, and AWS DynamoDB for transactional and analytical data
• Implement secure API integrations with payment gateways, core banking systems, and FIX protocol
• Deploy applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda) with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Write unit tests (JUnit, PyTest) and participate in security code reviews

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
• Programming skills in Java or Python; React or Angular for frontend
• Basic understanding of financial systems, REST APIs, and cloud deployment
• Good logical thinking and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Cleared Mphasis fresher assessment process
