Full Stack Developer (Fresher)

About This Role

Hexaware Technologies is hiring fresher Full Stack Developers under its Hexaware Freshers Programme. Hexaware is one of India's fastest-growing IT services companies, backed by Carlyle Group. You will work in Hexaware's Digital & Software Services practice, building web applications for clients in banking, capital markets, travel, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Angular 16+ or React frontends for financial services and travel portal applications
• Develop Java Spring Boot microservices with RESTful APIs and Swagger documentation
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB; implement data access with Spring Data JPA and Mongoose
• Deploy containerised applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine) and participate in code review practices
• Support production incident resolution and root cause analysis

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE from a recognised university with 60%+ (2025/2026 batch)
• Programming skills in Java for backend; Angular or React for frontend
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and cloud deployment concepts
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills
• Cleared Hexaware's fresher recruitment assessment
