Full Stack Software Engineer (Fresher)

About This Role

Persistent Systems is hiring fresher Full Stack Software Engineers across its ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and enterprise business units. Persistent's Salesforce, AWS, and healthcare engineering practices are growing rapidly. You will build high-quality SaaS products and platform features that are shipped to thousands of end customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build React frontends using Ant Design or Material UI for SaaS platform applications
• Develop Java Spring Boot or Node.js (Express/Fastify) REST and GraphQL APIs
• Work with cloud databases: AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, and Amazon ElastiCache (Redis)
• Implement Salesforce customisations (Apex, LWC) for Persistent's Salesforce practice clients
• Write integration tests using Postman/Newman and UI tests with Playwright or Cypress
• Participate in Persistent's engineering excellence initiatives: code quality, pair programming, and TDD

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT or related field from a NAAC-accredited college (2025/2026 batch)
• Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript; proficiency in React
• Understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL databases, and Git workflow
• Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly
• Internship or personal project demonstrating full-stack application development
