Full Stack Developer (Analyst)

About This Role

Capgemini India is hiring Analyst-level Full Stack Developers through its fresher programme. Capgemini's Applied Innovation Exchange and Digital & Cloud practice are building next-generation web applications for clients in automotive, consumer goods, and financial services. You will work using React, Java, and cloud-native patterns from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Build React/Angular frontends with TypeScript and connect to backend REST APIs
• Develop Java Spring Boot or Node.js microservices with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation
• Use PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB for data persistence; Redis for caching
• Containerise and deploy applications on AWS or Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Implement automated testing (JUnit, Cypress) and CI/CD using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with global client teams in distributed Agile delivery models

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/EE with 60%+ from a recognised institution (2025/2026 batch)
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for backend; React or Angular for frontend
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and version control (Git)
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Cleared Capgemini's fresher selection process
