Full Stack Developer (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

About This Role

HCL Technologies is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) specialising in Full Stack Development. HCL's Engineering & R&D Services (ERS) division is one of the world's largest embedded software and full-stack engineering organisations, serving aerospace, automotive, telecom, and semiconductor clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Angular or React web applications and dashboards for enterprise and product engineering clients
• Develop Java Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
• Work with SQL (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases for data persistence
• Implement authentication using Keycloak, AWS Cognito, or Azure AD B2C
• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using CI/CD pipelines built with Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile delivery cycles

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or EE from a recognised university (2025/2026 batch)
• Strong Java or Python skills for backend development
• Frontend knowledge of Angular or React; TypeScript proficiency preferred
• Good understanding of OOP, data structures, and database fundamentals
• Cleared HCL TechBee or GET recruitment process
