Full Stack Developer (Associate Software Engineer)

About This Role

Accenture India is hiring fresh graduates as Associate Software Engineers – Full Stack to work on digital transformation projects for global Fortune 500 clients. You will build modern web applications helping clients in banking, retail, insurance, and healthcare migrate from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop React/Angular frontend applications and REST API backends using Java Spring Boot or Node.js
• Build microservices deployed on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Write unit and integration tests achieving 80%+ code coverage
• Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira, Confluence, and Git for day-to-day delivery
• Support legacy system modernisation projects (mainframe to Java, Oracle Forms to React)

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or IT from a recognised university (2024/2025/2026 batch)
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js for backend development
• Frontend skills in React or Angular
• Basic understanding of SQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud platforms
• Good analytical and logical thinking; AMCAT/Accenture eligibility criteria met
