Full Stack Developer – IBM iX

About This Role

IBM India (IBM iX — IBM's Experience design and digital transformation arm) is hiring Full Stack Developers to build digital products for global enterprise clients. You will work on cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, and IBM Cloud — delivering digital transformations for clients in BFSI, retail, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Build accessible React/TypeScript web applications following IBM Carbon Design System guidelines
• Develop Express.js or Spring Boot (Java) RESTful APIs integrated with IBM Cloud services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using IBM Toolchain and deploy containerised applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Integrate IBM Watson AI APIs (NLP, speech, visual recognition) into client-facing applications
• Write comprehensive test suites using Jest, Mocha, and Selenium for UI and API testing
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops with IBM Garage methodology to co-create with clients

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline (2025/2026 batch)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for frontend development
• Backend skills in Node.js (Express) or Java (Spring Boot)
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure; Docker and Kubernetes basics
• Understanding of RESTful API design and database concepts (SQL and NoSQL)
