About This Role
Salesforce India is hiring Associate Full Stack Engineers to build the world's #1 CRM platform. You will work on Salesforce Customer 360 — spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Slack — building the features used by 150,000+ companies worldwide to manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and React for Salesforce's web platform
- Develop Apex (Salesforce's Java-based language) and Java/Node.js backend services and REST APIs
- Integrate Salesforce platform features: SOQL/SOSL queries, Salesforce Flow, and Platform Events
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Copado
- Write unit tests using Apex Test Framework and Jest for LWC components
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers in two-week Agile sprints
Requirements & Skills
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field (2025/2026 batch)
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills; Salesforce LWC or React experience is a plus
- Backend programming in Java, Node.js, or Python
- Understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented design, and relational databases
- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) or Trailhead Ranger status is a strong advantage
