About This Role
Meta India is hiring New Grad Full Stack Software Engineers to work on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads — products with 3 billion+ users. You will build full-stack features using React and Hack/PHP/Python backends at a scale no other company can offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack product features for Meta's Family of Apps used by billions of people
- Develop high-performance React frontends with GraphQL (Relay) for data fetching
- Write backend services in Hack (PHP), Python, or C++ processing billions of requests per day
- Optimise application performance: rendering speed, API latency, and mobile web experience
- Contribute to Meta's internal developer tooling, design systems (React Native, Lexical), and infra libraries
- Work in small, autonomous teams with full ownership of feature areas
Requirements & Skills
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field (2025/2026 batch)
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript and React; understanding of GraphQL is a plus
- Strong backend skills in Python, PHP/Hack, or C++
- Excellent fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems
- Experience building real projects — internships, open-source contributions, or side projects
- Ability to work autonomously and ship product improvements with measurable impact
