Project Coordinator – Turner Construction

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents in managing day-to-day construction project activities
- Track and coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation in Procore
- Assist with subcontractor bid processes, contract reviews, and procurement coordination
- Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and flag schedule risks
- Coordinate owner meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support site safety program compliance and participate in weekly safety walks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 0-2 years experience; construction internship or co-op experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or P6 is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities on a fast-moving project site
- Interest in field site work as well as office coordination activities
