Supply Chain Analyst – UPS

Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance data including cost, transit time, damage rates, and service levels
- Support network optimization projects to improve routing efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Build and maintain Excel models, SQL queries, and Tableau dashboards for operational KPIs
- Coordinate with warehouse operations, transportation planning, and customer service teams
- Assist with vendor management, carrier contract analysis, and freight cost benchmarking
- Document process improvements and standard operating procedures for supply chain workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical functions)
- SQL experience for querying operational databases is a strong plus
- Understanding of supply chain concepts (inventory management, transportation modes, demand planning)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
