Business Analyst – Accenture

Responsibilities
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Develop process maps, gap analyses, and functional specifications to bridge business and technology needs
- Support project delivery as part of large Accenture client engagement teams
- Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and business cases for client leadership
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Tableau to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities for technology implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to solve unstructured problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication — can synthesize complex information for executive audiences
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for client site engagements
