Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests on the sales floor and at checkout with a friendly, solution-first attitude
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest questions, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain merchandise presentation standards and assist with stocking and zoning assignments
- Support online order fulfillment (Order Pickup, Drive Up, Ship-from-Store) as needed
- Operate Target's POS system, RedCard applications, and inventory management tools
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree candidates equally welcome)
- Positive, energetic attitude with genuine care for providing great guest experiences
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- No prior retail experience required — Target provides all training
