HR Coordinator – Microsoft
Microsoft is hiring an HR Coordinator to support our People Experience team at our Redmond, WA headquarters. Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in managing employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday HRIS and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Coordinate new hire orientation, Day 1 experience logistics, and early onboarding activities
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes through HR ticketing system
- Assist with performance review cycles, engagement survey rollouts, and talent program logistics
- Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for people analytics and leadership reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset for employee interactions
