About This Role

LTIMindtree — formed by the merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree, now a top-5 Indian IT company — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Software Engineers for its digital, cloud, and data engineering practices serving global clients in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript for LTIMindtree's global client projects
• Build cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
• Contribute to data engineering projects — ETL pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms using Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Work on digital transformation engagements — API integration, enterprise modernization, and cloud migration
• Write unit tests, support QA activities, and participate in Agile sprint cycles
• Apply AI-assisted coding and automation tools in development workflows

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related branch — 2024/2025 batch
• 60% or above aggregate throughout academics
• Basic programming knowledge in any language
• Good communication skills for client interaction
