About This Role

Persistent Systems — a rapidly growing global IT services and software product engineering company (NSE/BSE listed) — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Associate Software Engineers for its software product engineering, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization projects across healthcare, BFSI, and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software product features and customizations for ISV clients using Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript
• Build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using microservices and container-based architectures
• Contribute to digital engineering projects — API development, mobile backends, and enterprise integrations
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in CI/CD pipeline-driven automated delivery
• Work in Agile Scrum teams on software product engineering deliverables for global ISV clients
• Engage with AI-assisted development tools — GitHub Copilot and AI-powered testing frameworks

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related branch — 2024/2025 batch
• 60% or above aggregate in all academic years
• Programming fundamentals in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Good aptitude, analytical skills, and communication ability
