About This Role

Zomato — India's leading food delivery and quick commerce platform (NSE/BSE listed) — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Software Development Engineers I to build the technology powering food delivery, Blinkit quick commerce, Hyperpure B2B supply, and restaurant discovery for 100+ million users across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Zomato's consumer-facing features — restaurant discovery, food ordering, real-time delivery tracking, and ratings
• Develop Blinkit's (quick commerce) dark store operations, inventory management, and 10-minute delivery systems
• Work on Zomato's real-time logistics platform — delivery partner dispatch, route optimization, and ETA prediction
• Build data pipelines and analytics systems for restaurant partner performance, ad tech, and personalization
• Develop Zomato's restaurant partner platform — order management, menu management, and analytics dashboards
• Contribute to Zomato's ML infrastructure for recommendations, search ranking, and demand forecasting

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or ECE — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js
• Good data structures, algorithms, and database design knowledge
• Interest in consumer internet, food tech, or logistics technology
• High-ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
