About This Role

Flipkart — India's homegrown e-commerce giant and one of Asia's most impactful technology companies — is hiring exceptional fresh engineering graduates as Software Development Engineers to build the commerce, logistics, payments, and platform infrastructure that powers India's largest e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale Flipkart's product catalog, search, recommendation, and personalization systems serving 500+ million customers
• Develop Flipkart's supply chain and logistics platform — order management, warehouse management, last-mile delivery routing
• Work on Flipkart's seller platform, advertising technology, and financial services infrastructure
• Design distributed systems at petabyte scale — Kafka, Flink, Spark, Cassandra, and MySQL clusters
• Build real-time pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting systems for millions of products
• Contribute to Flipkart's open-source platform engineering projects (Flink connectors, service meshes)

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or IT — 2024/2025 batch (IIT/NIT/BITS level expected)
• Excellent algorithmic problem-solving and programming skills
• Strong foundations in data structures, system design, and distributed computing
• Competitive programming record is a significant advantage
• Passion for building products at massive Indian consumer scale
