About This Role

Zoho Corporation — India's most successful bootstrapped SaaS company and one of the world's top business software companies — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Members of Technical Staff to build Zoho's expanding suite of 55+ business applications used by 100 million+ users globally.

Job Overview

Zoho's hiring process is unique — it focuses on problem-solving ability and coding skills rather than academic credentials or brand. Selected candidates join Zoho's in-house training program and are deployed on specific product teams (CRM, Books, People, Cliq, Desk, Analytics, or others) to build real product features from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features for Zoho's SaaS products — CRM, Zoho One, Books, People, Analytics, or Creator — using Java, JavaScript, Python, or Zoho's Deluge scripting language
• Develop scalable back-end services and REST APIs that handle millions of requests per day
• Build interactive front-end UIs using JavaScript, React, or Zoho's proprietary front-end framework
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MySQL and Zoho's distributed storage systems
• Solve complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges for global enterprise SaaS products
• Contribute to Zoho's philosophy of building everything in-house — frameworks, infrastructure, and developer tools

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA in any discipline — 2024/2025 batch (Zoho values skills over academic pedigree)
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Programming ability in any language (Java, Python, C, JavaScript)
• Interest in building products and solving real-world technical challenges at scale
• Must clear Zoho's aptitude and technical coding test
