Associate Developer

About This Role

SAP Labs India — the R&D and innovation center of SAP, the world's largest enterprise software company — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Associate Developers to build SAP's next-generation cloud ERP, supply chain, analytics, and AI-powered business applications from its Bengaluru and Pune labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop features for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Ariba using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or ABAP
• Build cloud-native microservices on SAP BTP using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and SAP Fiori front-end framework
• Design and implement REST/OData APIs for integration between SAP and third-party systems
• Contribute to AI/ML features using SAP AI Core and integration with large language models for enterprise use cases
• Write automated unit and integration tests; participate in continuous deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with SAP product teams globally (Germany, USA, China) on shared product development

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or IT from a reputed institution — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Interest in enterprise software, cloud computing, or AI/ML applications
• Strong academic performance — 7.5+ CGPA or equivalent
