Project Engineer

About This Role

Wipro — one of India's leading global IT, consulting, and business process services companies — is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Project Engineers through the Wipro Elite NTH (National Talent Hunt) program, offering structured onboarding and project deployment across Wipro's global delivery centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions in Java, Python, .NET, or other technologies aligned to client project requirements
• Work on web application development — front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Spring Boot, Node.js, Django) development
• Write SQL queries, manage data in relational databases, and support data migration activities
• Perform unit testing, create test cases, and participate in QA validation activities
• Contribute to Agile development teams — attend daily standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions
• Support integration testing, UAT, and production deployment for client software releases

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, EEE, or any branch — 2024/2025 batch
• Minimum 60% aggregate throughout (10th, 12th, graduation)
• No active backlogs at time of offer
• Basic programming aptitude in any language
• Must qualify Wipro Elite NTH online assessment
