About This Role
PolicyBazaar is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Junior Frontend Developers – Insurance Tech to build India's most trusted insurance comparison and purchase platform — making insurance easy, transparent, and accessible for millions of Indian families through exceptional web UX.
Key Responsibilities
- Build PolicyBazaar's insurance comparison engines, plan selector tools, and purchase funnel web flows using React.js
- Develop interactive premium calculators, coverage comparison tables, and benefit visualization tools for insurance products
- Build responsive, accessible forms for insurance applications — handling complex conditional form logic, validation, and multi-step purchase flows
- Implement SEO-optimized server-side rendered (Next.js) pages for insurance product landing pages
- Develop A/B testing integrations and analytics event tracking for conversion optimization experiments
- Build PaisaBazaar (financial products) web features for loans, credit cards, and investment comparison
Requirements & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in CS or related field — 2024/2025 batch
- Good HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills with React.js project exposure
- Interest in fintech, insurance, or financial services product development
- Basic understanding of SEO, Next.js, or form-heavy application development is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessible, compliant UI development
