CRED is hiring exceptional fresh engineering graduates as Frontend Engineers — joining a small, elite engineering team to build CRED's beautifully crafted web experiences for India's most creditworthy users, where design quality and engineering excellence are equally valued.

Job Overview

At CRED, frontend engineering is not a support function — it is a first-class engineering discipline. As a New Grad Frontend Engineer, you will design and build web interfaces that set the standard for product quality in Indian fintech — working directly with CRED's senior engineers and designers in a small, high-ownership team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build CRED's web applications — rewards, credit card management, financial tools, and member experience portals — using React.js and TypeScript
• Own frontend feature delivery end to end: from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment
• Implement micro-interactions, animations (Framer Motion, GSAP), and delightful UI transitions that define CRED's premium experience
• Optimize web performance obsessively — bundle sizes, render performance, animation frame rates
• Collaborate with CRED's world-class design team to push the boundaries of web UI quality
• Review teammates' code and contribute to CRED's high engineering bar culture

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science — 2024/2025 batch from a premier engineering institution
• Exceptional JavaScript and TypeScript skills — CRED sets a very high engineering bar
• Demonstrated React.js expertise through impressive personal projects or open-source contributions
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for design quality — CRED builds for delight, not utility alone
• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving abilities
• A portfolio of high-quality frontend work is essential — GitHub link required with application
