Job Overview

As a Nagarro Associate Software Engineer in Frontend, you will be treated as a full engineer from Day 1 — contributing to real product features, writing production code, and growing rapidly in a flat, fast-moving culture that rewards technical ambition and initiative over hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build feature-rich React.js or Next.js applications — implementing component trees, routing, SSR/SSG rendering strategies
• Develop TypeScript-based frontend applications with strong type safety and interface design
• Implement modern CSS architectures — CSS Modules, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS
• Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client or React Query
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright/Cypress
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design discussions, and sprint deliverables from your first project

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering — 2024/2025 batch
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills — demonstrated through projects
• Solid React.js experience including hooks, context, and state management
• Exposure to Next.js, testing frameworks, or GraphQL is a strong differentiator
• Personal GitHub portfolio with quality frontend projects strongly preferred
• Self-starter mentality and enthusiasm for engineering-first, high-autonomy culture
