Junior UI/UX Developer

About This Role

Cyient is hiring fresh graduates as Junior UI/UX Developers to work on engineering digital transformation projects — developing modern web interfaces for aerospace, utilities, communications, and semiconductor clients where software quality and user experience are mission-critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional, responsive web interfaces using React.js or Angular and modern CSS
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity web implementations
• Build interactive data visualization components for engineering monitoring and reporting dashboards
• Implement accessible, keyboard-navigable UI components following WCAG guidelines
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving usability and interaction patterns
• Write unit tests and support QA testing for UI components

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics — 2024/2025 pass-out
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript fundamentals with any framework exposure (React/Angular)
• Basic understanding of UX principles, design tools (Figma), and accessibility guidelines
• Good aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
