React.js Developer – Entry Level

About This Role

LTIMindtree is hiring talented fresh engineering graduates as React.js Developers (Entry Level) to work on enterprise web transformation projects for LTIMindtree's global clients in BFSI, manufacturing, energy, and media sectors.

Job Overview

As an Entry Level React.js Developer at LTIMindtree, you will build and maintain modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js — working in agile delivery teams on real client projects with structured mentorship, technical training, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js — building functional components, hooks, and React Router for navigation
• Implement responsive, accessible UI layouts using HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and UI libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
• Manage application state using React Context API or Redux Toolkit
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, handling loading, error, and success states
• Write unit tests for React components using Jest and React Testing Library
• Participate in code reviews, maintain clean code standards, and use Git for version control

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics — 2024/2025 batch preferred
• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on exposure to React.js through college projects or personal development
• Understanding of component lifecycle, props, state management, and virtual DOM
• Familiarity with Git, npm, and basic terminal usage
• Aptitude test score and interview performance evaluated during campus/off-campus drive
