About This Role

Hexaware Technologies is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its growing digital engineering practice as Junior UI Developers — building modern web interfaces for banking, insurance, retail, and healthcare clients worldwide.

Job Overview

As a Junior UI Developer at Hexaware, you will contribute to web application development projects — building rich user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3 while learning enterprise frontend development practices in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components for web applications using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3
• Implement responsive layouts using CSS Flexbox and Grid, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate web applications with backend APIs using REST/GraphQL and handle asynchronous operations
• Write well-structured, readable JavaScript/TypeScript code following project coding standards
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement design systems and design token libraries
• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field — 2024/2025 pass-out
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Basic experience with React.js or Angular through projects or internships
• Understanding of Git version control workflows
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn rapidly
• Aggregate of 60% or above in degree
